Terms of Service

1. The Service and your account

affiliateOS helps organizations manage affiliate campaigns, websites, advertising account connections, tracking, reporting, and financial operations. You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for managing membership and permissions and for activity it authorizes.

During your authorized access period, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization's business. We and our licensors retain ownership of the software, branding, and other Service materials. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

2. Google Ads and other connected services

Google Ads is optional. Connect only accounts you are authorized to access and share with the organization receiving the data. Consent links are specific to an affiliateOS organization and campaign, even when opened by an operator who is not signed into the workspace. Granting Google access permits the organization to receive account and campaign details and reporting metrics as described in our Privacy Policy.

The current Google Ads connector imports account status, campaign references, costs, clicks, impressions, and conversion totals for reporting and reconciliation. Google's Ads permission is broader than these read operations; affiliateOS does not use the connection to change ads, bids, budgets, or campaigns. Scheduled synchronization can continue while you are offline until the connection is unlinked or authorization fails.

You can unlink the connection from the campaign's Account tab and revoke affiliateOS access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops authorized future access but does not itself delete previously imported records. The Privacy Policy explains retained records and how to request deletion.

Your use of Google services is also subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service and Google Ads terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and does not provide affiliateOS support. The integration does not imply Google endorsement, certification, or a partnership. Other integrations remain subject to their providers' terms. Our End User License Agreement also governs the Vercel integration.

3. Your content, privacy, and Google data

You retain your rights in the data and content you provide. You authorize us to process, store, and transmit it only as needed to operate the Service, fulfill your instructions, and meet the obligations described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement. You are responsible for the rights, notices, and consents needed for your websites, tracking, advertising, and uploaded content.

Google data is subject to the specific restrictions in our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. These Terms do not grant us broader rights over that data. Consent to these Terms does not replace Google authorization or consent required for a new data use. Any conflicting general data license or business-transfer provision in an affiliateOS agreement is limited by those Google data commitments.

4. Acceptable use

Follow applicable law, these Terms, and the policies of connected services. Do not use affiliateOS for fraud, malware, spam, unlawful surveillance, infringement, unauthorized access, or circumventing security, consent, or usage limits. Do not sell, broker, or use Google data obtained through the Service for ad targeting, credit decisions, or training generalized AI models. Do not ask others to grant access under a misleading identity or without authority. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your affiliate content and advertising disclosures.

5. Fees and third-party charges

Fees, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and any refund rights are set out in your subscription or other commercial agreement. Connecting an integration does not purchase a subscription from that provider or waive its charges. You are responsible for advertising, hosting, domain, and other costs you authorize. Unlinking an integration does not cancel your affiliateOS subscription or any third-party subscription or resources.

6. Availability and results

Reporting depends on connected providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or restated. Review source records before making financial or advertising decisions. AI-assisted output requires your review. We do not promise any advertising, revenue, or business outcome. Service availability and integrations may change because of maintenance, provider changes, or failures. We will give reasonable notice of material reductions where practicable, except when urgent security or legal needs prevent it.

Except as agreed in writing and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure through the contact below. Follow your subscription agreement for cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, a security risk, or a legal requirement, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when appropriate. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends; accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive remain in effect. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Request any needed exports before closing your account.

8. Liability and other agreements

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited. A separate written commercial agreement controls a conflict with these Terms, subject to the Google data commitments in section 3. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may publish revised Terms with an updated date and give notice of material changes through the Service or your account contact before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the Service and follow the cancellation process. Changes to Google data use require the notice and consent described in the Privacy Policy; continued use alone does not authorize them.
